Boss Is Gross ...

Why do bosses just have to act like they are bosses .... always?? Can't they maintain the respect the way their employees maintain towards them? Don't they feel the behaviour they throw at people, at the end of the day, they get it back? Good Kings throughout in the history were not seen with good eyes just because they were great warriors, they also had to be noble and kind towards their own country people. You can never push yourself upwards if you try to push your fellows downwards. Or should I say it's an illusion they feel they're going higher when they push their fellowmen downwards??

Argh ..... I don't know. Don't even wanna know. Just placing my thoughts. Maybe it'll make me feel a bit lighter ..... maybe. :-/
